Application of nursing quality monitoring index combined with continuous quality improvement in collecting 24-hour urine samples (应用护理质量监测指标结合持续质量改进提升24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取合格率)

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application of nursing quality monitoring index of 24-hour urine collection combined with continuous quality improvement in improving the qualified rate of 24-hour urine samples. Methods Totally 78 patients undergoing 24-hour urine collection for metabolic evaluation between December 2019 and April 2020 were included as the control group, and routine health education and guidance was provided. Another 79 patients undergoing 24-hour urine collection between May 2020 and August 2020 were included as the observation group, and health education based on the nursing quality monitoring index and follow-up instructions were provided to continuously improve the quality of 24-hour urine samples. The qualified rate of 24-hour urine collection of two groups was compared. Results The qualified rate of 24-hour urine collection was increased from 91. 03%in the control group to 98. 72%in the observationgroup. Conclusion The continuous quality improvement based on the nursing quality monitoring index of 24-hour urine collection is potentially effective to improve the qualified rate of 24-hour urine collection. (目的 探讨建立24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取相关护理质量监测指标结合持续质量改进在提高24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取合格率中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年12 月—2020年4月医院肾内科收治的78例需留取24 h尿蛋白定量标本的患者为对照组, 2020年5月—8月收治的 79例需留取24h尿蛋白标本的患者为观察组。对照组采用传统的口头及书面宣教方式, 观察组建立护理质量监测指标同时采用口头及书面宣教、全程跟踪式指导。比较两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取合格率。结果 观察组24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取合格率98. 72%, 较对照组91. 03%提高。结论 建立24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取合格率护理质量监测指标结合持续质量改进, 能有效提高留取标本合格率, 减少重复留取的工作量, 为患者及时明确诊断和治疗提供依据。)
