Purpose: Presentation of a rare case of a congenital tumor: a case of a giant extended epibulbar dermoid. Observation: 19-month-old girl with a history of consanguinity of the parents and an unattended pregnancy, the patient presents a bourgeoning tumor, bilobed, fixed to the left eyeball extended to the inferomedial conjunctiva and limbus. The patient underwent a tumor removal with reconstruction of the ocular surface by grafting her oral mucosa. The anatomopathological study revealed an epibulbar dermoid. Conclusions and importance: We present a rare case of extensive epubulbar dermoid isolated in a young pediatric patient. The management of this type of anomaly must be early, and includes the search for any anomalies in favor of a specific syndrome which, if neglected, may engage the functional and/or vital prognosis.
