The incorporation of electronic communications in contracts of international sale of goods

Abstract

Each process of harmonization and unification of law faces conjuncture problems which tests its adaptability to the continually changing society. This article, guided exclusively by the uncitral’s work is focused on the adequacy of the Convention on Contracts for the International sale of Goods for an electronic spectrum through the use of electronic communications in international contracts.
