Abstract

The article considers general principles of the establishment and functioning of commission on labour disputes. There are the most popular aspects of commission on labour disputes reflected, that have an influence on its operation. The article has an analysis of practical application Ukrainian legislation in force in part of modern commission on labour disputes operation.
