Abstract
Has established the dependence of the intensity of IR-luminescence of polydisperce solid solutions Y0,84-xYb0,15Er0.01TmxAl3(BO3)4 on the ion concentration of thulium in the field of 1500 nm. Has offered the mechanisms of energy transfer between the erbium ions and thulium ions.
