Endograft infection following endovascular aneurysm repair is an uncommon yet well documented phenomenon in vascular surgery that is associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality. This report discusses a patient who previously underwent an EVAR for AAA with subsequent percutaneous embolization for an endoleak, and was later found to have a graft infection caused by Propionibacterium acnes necessitating explantation and replacement.
