The philosophical dimensions of Autofiction in the visual arts in the light of the 13th International Cairo Biennale worksThe emergence of autofiction by Serge Dubrovsky in 1977 was a counter reaction to the claims of the author's death and the independence of the artwork from him within the postmodern society, , Therefore, it became one of the art forms that spread at the end of the twentieth century, and although it was one of the forms of literary arts, the idea of autofiction was associated with some of the works of visual arts and was characterized by a critical and philosophical nature in some forms of art., which the artist performs himself as a champion for the work such as conceptual and performance art, therefore the study seeks to monitor the philosophical dimensions of the concept of autofiction in the work of visual arts to turn into one of the mechanisms for criticizing and reading the artwork in the light of 13th International Cairo Biennale works, , The research problem: What are the philosophical dimensions of autofiction in the visual arts in the light of 13th International Cairo Biennale works? The research assumed that postmodern artists were able to achieve a visual conception of the autofiction that possesses philosophical dimensions which can be traced to some of the works of 13th International Cairo Biennale.The research goal: The research aimed to trace the philosophical dimensions of the concept of autofiction in visual arts in the light of 13th International Cairo Biennale works .
