Aplicaciones del laser de coz de pequeña y media potencia
Abstract
In the search of possible applications of infrared laser radiation, a CO2 laser with power output from 20 to 100 Watts was used to perform the following operations: dielectric thin film coatings in vacuo, precision resistor trirnming and leather cutting. In order to introduce some other possibilities we include atable of examples of industrial applications.
