THE ANALYSIS OF DENTAL CARE PROVIDED TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE KRASNOYARSK REGION
Abstract
The analysis of the dynamics of the dental service in the Krasnoyarsk region for the period from 2008 to 2012 has been done.According to the administrative-territorial division of the Krasnoyarsk region theindicators of the dentistrywere organized into five groups: central, north, south, east, and west.We found out that during this period there was a tendency of growth of major dental indicators.The indicator of the patients who were examined prophylactically during the period from 2008 to 2012 increased by 50% - from 9.8 to 14.7.The number of people who needed a planned sanitationamong the number of examined children during this period decreased by 30% - from 55.3 to 38.7.Also during the period from 2008 to 2012 the number of sanitized increased.The results can be used for constructingthe rating of dental clinics of various forms of ownershipthat operate in the health insurance system.The results of the study help to create the scientific basis for current and future planning of the medical and preventive care.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.12731/2218-7405-2014-1-11
