In order to realize the efficient supply and delivery of screws in the production line, then apply to the automatic product assembly line, this paper designs a screw feeder control system based on STC12C5410 single chip microcomputer. STC12C5410 is the hardware core controller of the system, including the function of material shortage alarm, arranging and conveying screws and so on. The system mainly realizes feeding by the photoelectric switch and solenoid valves, which effectively improves the efficiency and stability of screw conveying. In addition, the circuit of adjusting the torque of the electric batch and controlling the brake of the motor is designed, and the simulation and experiment are carried out to provide the technical preparation for the later integration of this function into the matching electric batch.
