Abstract

By means of histologic, electron-microscopic and morphometrical methods it is established, that at odontogenic sinusitis caused by deducing root canal filling material, develop considerable changes in epithelial layer and stroma. On early terms (till 1 year) stay root canal filling in cilliar cells occur changes of cilliar device, structure infringement of cilia and increase in microfibers that testifies to infringement mucocilliar transport system At a long finding root canal filling in sinus epithelium is exposed single-layered metaplasia, occurs dedifferent change of epithelial cells. The basic signs of endocellular reorganisation of such cells are decrease in squirrels-synthetic and plastic functions.
