Abstract

Problems of improving interbudgetary relations at a level of a subject of the Russian Federation have been considered. A technique for diagnosing the socio-economic development and the state of public finance in municipal units is offered, by the example of Primorski Krai. The issue, as well as efficiency, of extending the network of administrative-territorial division into districts, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of interbudgetary flows at a level of a subject of the Russian Federation, has been considered
