This qualitative, bibliographical and documentary article aims to analyze the elements intertwined with neoliberalism that can impact the management of the internationalization process and university management in graduate courses, in the light of the National Graduate Plan (2011 -2020) and its analysis report. For the university and Post-graduation management, the challenges are deeper when they become evaluative requirements which cause visibility and the attractiveness of the programs and the IES; the academic mobility, the production of knowledge and its publications; the conception of institutional policies linked to national and international policies; the resumes; the insertion of knowledge and financing for internationalization development. Facing so many challenges, finding ways to overcome them also a role of university management.
