Through this article reflects on the importance of concise accounting education and motivation for professional, moral and personal development of employees of a government body, such as revenue collection. The methodology was qualitative, conducted a review of theoretical and empirical research information. The questionnaire as a tool for identifying the factors that educate and motivate the employees work in the office and then appointed proceeded to the described interpretation was designed. The results are very interesting, they reveal that education and motivation represent two essential tools to substantially improve productivity and the quality of service offered to taxpayers by the employees.
