Popliteal artery injury is a rare but serious postoperative complication of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and may result in the amputation of lower limbs. In most cases, this manifests as an occlusive thrombus in the popliteal artery, but it can also be recognized as arterial hemorrhage. In this report, we detailed our experience with three cases implanted with covered stent-graft (VIABAHN; GORE, Arizona USA) for post-TKA popliteal artery hemorrhage. The patency in all cases was confirmed for 8 to 11 months, indicating that this is a new effective treatment method.
