ISSUES OF JUDICAL ENQUIRY IN CRIMINAL CASES OF PRIVATE PROSECUTION

Abstract

The article views the problems arising during the investigation at the magistrate trial in private prosecution cases. The author analyzes the problems connected with cross-application filing during the investigation, suggests the author's definition of "cross-application" notion, and analyzes the issues of the realization of the defendant's rights for defense during investigation when private prosecution cases procedures, the issues of the criminal case dismissal during investigation by a magistrate and other issues.
