De la construction sociale des émotions dans l’accompagnement des mineurs sous main de justice : entre ressorts d’action et invisibilité
Abstract
This article deals with the social construction of emotions for persons who accompany under-aged persons under legal control. It starts with a close analysis of the effect of the social background, beyond the tendency of those affected by the situation of leadership. This approach focuses on the commitment and emotional motivation displayed by those persons while experimenting an educational relationship. At the same time, the article lights up the invisibility of this emotional work especially when, as in most of those concerned, there is no defence, and no collective acknowledgment of the emotional dimension of their work that could enforce their professional autonomy and expertise.
