The article focuses on the identification of the regional characteristics of the social responsibility of business on the example of the northern border region of the Republic of Karelia. The results of economic and sociological surveys of households and enterprises of Karelia allowed us to identify the main features of the corporate social responsibility model in the "employer–employee" system.
