Abstract

The paper discusses the features and spatial patterns of migration in the Russian Federation at the end of XX – beginning of XXI centuries. Analyze the flow of internal and international migration of population by region of Russia. The possibilities of using geoinformation methods in the study of demographic and migration processes.
