This investigation discusses emergent territories of tourism. A rupture can be seen in the phenomenon of massification and new demands for non-standard touristic segments upsurge. Tourist operators diversify travel offers and tourism itineraries for specific demands. New agents who promote tourism are emerging through community associations, non-government organizations,private companies and government institutions or international cooperation agencies. Tourism Network in Latin America emerges. Jenipapo-Kanindé group, at the ‘Lagoa Encantada’ Village, Aquiraz, Ceará State, Brazil, inserted into ‘Tucum Net’ through a self-management project is focused in this report.
