This study explores abusive supervision's effects on cyberloafing and turnover intention, directly and indirectly via psychological well-being and emotional exhaustion, using SET and COR theories and how OCB moderates these associations. We examine these associations among 402 Bangladeshi health, banking, public-private schools, aviation, and consulting service providers. Findings show that psychological well-being and emotional exhaustion modulate the relationships between abusive supervision, cyberloafing, and turnover intention. Employee engagement in OCB minimizes cyberloafing and turnover intentions and increases productivity. One of the few studies to evaluate how abusive supervision impacts psychological well-being and occupational harassment-related psychological distress and emotional exhaustion in Bangladesh views similar incidents in this study.
