Preparation and property analysis of 3D fabric/aerogelmultifunctional composites
Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical and sound absorption properties of aerogel gel and expand its application, the 3D spacer fabric (WKSF) was filled into sodium alginate (SA) aerogel, and WKSF reinforced SA aerogel (WESA) composites were prepared. The effects of WKSF with different surface structures and SA with different concentrations on the acoustic, mechanical and thermal insulation properties of WESA composites were studied. The results show that when the concentration of sodium alginate is 3%, the WESA composite with rhombic pore structure on WKSF surface has better mid-low frequency sound absorption performance. The addition of WKSF can significantly improve the mechanical properties of WESA composites. Meanwhile, the composites with WKSF still have good insulation properties.
