Granulocytic sarcoma is an extramedullary tumor, frequently associated with acute myeloid leukemia or myeloproliferative neoplasm. This tumor occasionally occurs in any anatomical part of the body without a known hematolymphoid disorder. Gynecologic tract is one of the rare localization of this tumor. Isolated cervical granulocytic sarcoma is extremely rare.
