The review examines the current in vitro, in silico andtrangenic experimental models of Alzheimers disease, iswidely used for comprehensive studies of the pathogenesis ofchronic neurodegenerative process. The experimental modelshould have a constructive, face and predictive validity, i.e. itmust be established based on the known mechanisms of thepathogenesis of the disease and to ensure the development ofsymptoms characteristic of the disease, the severity of the pastshall be reduced by the action of pharmacological agentsalready tested. Noted that transgenic models have high faceand proven constructive validity.
