Measures to grant Palestine observer state status at the United Nations

Abstract

Abstract The Procedures for granting Palestine the status of a Non-Member Observer state in the United Nations, as an entity did not have the legal description of the state due to the factor of occupation which is specified in the application procedures including a full explanation of the international legal reality of Palestine , and the voting procedures in the General Assembly of the United Nations, which determine the membership situations from this status . It is granted this status after verifying that the elements of the establishment of the Palestinian state have been achieved .
