In this study, conducted in the form of a specific questionnaire, addressed to university professors of doctoral schools from the field of Physical Education and Sports in Romania, we tried to identify their opinion about psycho-motor as a study and research domain. The survey is included in a project, sustained with structural funds by the Transylvania University Braşov, which is proposing to identify the favourable psycho-motor factors developed through practicing sports activities by the students and to underline the benefits of practicing sports, in the sense of social integration. By discovering these favourable factors, we wish to emphasize the importance of the psychomotor aspect in any activity that will be carried out in the future by a teenager and also to highlight its importance in the youth’s personal development. This questionnaire gathered answers from 54 university professors, demonstrating that there is a big interest for this study and for the development of the psycho-motor feature, coming from the specialists in our country. 95.3% of them study or have partially and interdisciplinary studied this domain.
