PARAMETERS OF SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATORY RESPONSE IN EARLY DETECTION AND PREDICTION OF INFECTIOUS COMPLICATIONS OF NECROTIZING PANCREATITIS

Abstract

It was found that the development of infectious complications of necrotizing pancreatitis is accompanied by the increase in circulating endothelial cells number, procalcitonin level and number of SIRS criteria. These parameters can be used for early detection and prediction.
