Such projects, called blended projects, are reflected in guidelines and EU documentation connected to operational programs execution. Poland has been also a beneficiary of EU funds used to blended projects. Despite of a rather weak PPP development it is crucial to assess a scale of blended projects in Poland. Research is based on date inserted in PPP Platform publications. In 2009-2014 in Poland llO PPP agreements were sigued for total value of PLN 5,602 ml. A share of blended projects, of total value more than PLN 3,000 ml, was on level 55.2 per cent. Mainly there were projects con¬nected to telecommunications and waste management sectors.
