The female organism and body are determined by the biological, due to neuroendocrine-immunological; there are women with a desire for motherhood, to corroborate life, how to be born, develop and die; others dream of the son as the mother of Snow White; pregnancy constitutes a personal and family crisis; postpartum depression leads to illness and even death, which can be a narcissistic, guilty or mixed depression and has a high morbidity rate, which affects the maternal-filial bond, even reaching the point of filicide or suicide and many Sometimes it goes unnoticed, hence the importance of an interdisciplinary work with them, including workers in the sciences ψ throughout pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium and understand that there may be a comorbidity and an outbreak of lupus erythematosus, which we study in depth as a psychosomatic illness, in which essential depression is so important, described by Pierre Marty.
