ATTRACTIVENESS OF LABOR MARKETS IN RURAL AREAS IN CONTEXTOF REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF ZACHODNIOPOMORSKIEPROVINCE

Abstract

The aim of the study was to assess the atractiveness of rural labor markets in the Zachodniopomorskieprovince. The subject of the analysis included estimation of competitivness level of rural economy in theprovince. Analysis conducted in rural comunes and in rural areas of urban-rural comunes of the province.Atractivness of rural labor market was determined on the basis of data from 31.12.2015. To assess theatractivness of rural labor markets was used a synthetic indicator. Competitiveness ratio of rural economywas based atractiveness of labor market and lengh of nearest city. In general, rural labor markets in theZachodniopomorskie province are characterized by averege level of competitiveness and located max 35km from nearest city.
