Expression of TLR2 gene in rat duodenal upon long-term gastric hypochlorhydria and with administration of multiprobiotic Symbiter

Abstract

The increasing of Tlr2 gene's expression in rat duodenal villus and crypt epithelial cells upon gastric hypoacidic conditions was shown. The level of Tlr2 expression both in villus and crypt epitheliocytes approached to the control value upon the treatment of hypoacidic rats with multiprobiotic "Symbiter".
