Study of firms’ satisfaction with service quality of the HCM City Tax Department aims to identify factors that affect the satisfaction of the business, and to recommend policy implications to improve the service quality of the HCMC Tax Department and business satisfaction. With surveyed data of 317 firms, research results show that the firms’ satisfaction of service quality of the HCMC Tax Department is influenced by: (1) the empathy of tax civil servants; (2) the responsiveness; (3) the reliability; (4) the propaganda support; (5) parking service, and (6) the information provision
