Le marquage des espaces linguistiques émergents dans l’espace francophone : un plaidoyer pour la redistribution de la puissance en Afrique

Abstract

This article examines the influence of emerging countries rising in the geopolitical space of the French-speaking countries, instituted to serve the interests of the French power unilaterally. Certain factors present this unilinguism as an imperfect unilinguism. The characteristic of this imperfect unilinguism is the deployment of emerging countries in the French-speaking world. The geopolitical analysis suggests that considering the French- speaking world as a space of projection leads to the reduction of the leadership of France and to the gradual redistribution of power.
