Note sur l’actualité de la notion de forme symbolique

Abstract

The article aims at showing how it is possible to use the notion of a Symbolic Form described by Cassirer in the early twenties to make critical remarks about some assumptions found in the contemporary neo-darwinian model of the origin of language.
