Abstract: This study aims to highlight the pivotal and significant role that strategic planning in business incubators plays in guiding University of M'sila students towards establishing startups. The business incubator at the University of M'sila was chosen as a model for the study due to its status as a leading incubator at the national level. The study addressed theoretical concepts related to strategic planning for incubators and identified its role in enhancing students' inclination towards creating startups. The study concluded that strategic planning at the University of M'sila business incubator plays a crucial and prominent role in promoting entrepreneurship among students, helping them to realize their innovative projects and ensuring their success through continuous support and guidance.
