MODERN ANTIBACTERIAL MEDICATIONS: NEW HORIZONS IN DISBIOSIS PREVENTION
Abstract
Antibiotic therapy is common cause of intestinal dysbiosis in children. Indigenous intestinal microflora disbalance negatively affects different host’s system and organs. That is why dysbiosis prevention one of the most important part of rationale antibacterial treatment. The article contains basic information about contents and function of symbiont microflora, etiology, pathogenesis clinical presentation and main principles of antibiotic-associated diarrhea treatment.Key words: microbiocoenosis, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, ecoantibiotics, children.
