As negociações internacionais do Brasil em cooperação militar contemporâneas

Abstract

This paper analyzes international negotiations related to international military technology cooperation specificallythe case of Aeronautics between Brazil and France, underthe focus of two theories: Negotiation and International Technical Cooperation. Based on these approaches, the process of bilateral negotiation according to the international economic situation is analyzed.
