Representaciones de la Física en estudiantes de Ingeniería Un análisis estructural
Abstract
We present an exploratory study conducted with 160 engineering students in order to characterize anddescribe the representations that share about Physics. We used a qualitative and quantitative methodologywith an interpretative approach. We applied a hierarchical evocation test and analyzed the content andstructure of the representation. The results suggest a representative process in progress, characterized bycentral elements of the domain of mechanics and concepts relating to the vision of science that began tobe introduced in the representational fi eld. The results are discussed in the light of those obtained in otherstudies and the research theoretical and methodological decisions.
