TRANSFORMATION OF THE PERSONAL MANAGEMENT COMPONENTS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIALLY-ORIENTED INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMICS
Abstract
The article describes the main directions of the socially oriented innovative development of the Russian economy according to the Strategy 2020; common challenges and opportunities of managing the innovation process of an industrial enterprise are identified, and the usage of a holistic approach in personnel motivation management at the industrial enterprise is justified and factors determining the significance of the formation of social strategy of industrial companies are systematized. Describing the transformation of the personal management of the industrial enterprise under the influence of socially oriented innovative development of the Russian economy, it is worth noting the tightening of requirements for industrial enterprises regarding to social and innovative ields of activity.
