Urinary Incontinence in the Elderly (Out of Print)

Abstract

Abstract This resource contains four elderly virtual patient cases. The first case is about a 73-year-old White female with chronic stress incontinence. The second is an 84-year-old White male with acute overflow incontinence due to a UTI. The third case is a 66-year-old American Indian with chronic mixed urge and stress incontinence with urge incontinence predominating. The final case involves a 78 year-old White female with chronic functional incontinence due to an overactive bladder and mobility issues from osteoarthritis.
