The school management at elementary level, an organized social system: contributions from the perspective of the second order observation
Abstract
Historically the school management at elementary level, is an organization that is in constant change and works in probable and contingent ways to get position in the education system. This article focuses on showing the contributions of studying the school management at elementary level, from an interpretative frame such as the second order observation. A burgeoning method inside the social sciences which challenge the distinctions that spawn both, the individual and social system observations. From this point of view, the educational system organization distinguishs itself not only as a more dynamic but more complex social system, which has its own manner projected in its different ways of communication, able to create self governance in every decision.
