NECESSITY OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BY SELF MOTIVATION AND SELF EFFECTIVENESS IN TEACHING WORK

Abstract

In this article are generalized the authors’ ideas about the necessity of personal development, self – motivation and self - efficacy. There are identified characteristics for motivation/ self-motivation in teaching profession. The purpose of research stand for determination of correlations and expression of self - motivation and self - efficacy differences at didactic personnel. However, the empowerment construct will be a hypothetical one in assessment and self-assessment; a capacity of strategies development and collaboration with others.
