Abstract

During the last few years, service relations have been investigated by economists, ergonomists, ethnologists, managers, psychologists and sociologists. However, work done in psycho-educational-care services remains quite unknown. So, for scientific and social reasons as well as for occupational practice, it is very important to identify the skills involved and the specific work conditions. The operators´ aim is to take care of beneficiaries and to help them to evolve in a context of constant regulation.
