PENGARUH KETRAMPILAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJER PROYEK PADA PERUSAHAAN KONTRAKTOR DI KOTA MALANG
Abstract
Abstract: The influence of skills on project managers’ performance of construction companies in Malang. The excellent performance was attained by the human resources management process. This process was established since the employees have been recruited until they get the certain position. The employee’s selection process, establishment, trainee, and the job position analysis were being a process which becomes foremost to be carrying out to support the employees’ performance. In a final point, they were expected to enhancing the company performance. The research aim was to identify the characteristics of project manager selection and to be knowledgeable about the influence of the skills on the project managers’ performance in Malang region. Descriptive-quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis were used as data analysis method. The results shows that (1) 61% of construction companies in Malang are K1-qualification, (2) one manager project in each project, (3) the formal performance analysis is used by B-qualification construction companies but not for M and K-1, (4) student degree and their experience in 3-6 year for selected project manager. The model is represented as: Y = 7.659 + 0.153X1 + 0.260X2 + 0.433X3 + 0.380X6, (R2 = 0.826).
