Abstract The bilateral symmetric anterior shoulder dislocations (BSASD) must be suspected in patients with bilaterally flattened shoulders after an uncontrolled muscular contraction like seizure condition. BSASD is best managed acutely and challenging to manage when diagnosed late. Chronic BSASD, after two years in a young patient, can result in fair functions.
