Aim: The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of corporate social responsibility perception in the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment in healthcare employees. Method: The research was carried out among 206 healthcare personnel working in three hospitals of the Private Health Group in Istanbul. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was determined that corporate social responsibility has a mediating role in the effect of organizational justice perception on organizational commitment (Z = 4.08; p<0.05). Conclusion: As a general result, it is suggested that health managers who want to increase the organizational commitment of health workers should first create a fair organizational environment, and secondly, engage in corporate social responsibility activities.
