Congenital infiltrating lipomatosis is a rare condition representing a distinct type of diffuse lipomatosis presenting early in childhood. It is characterized by collection of nonencapsulated mature lipocytes which infiltrates local tissue resulting in craniofacial deformities. The incidence of congenital infiltrating lipomatosis on the face is rare, and only a few cases have been reported. Here, we present another Case with a very distinct and unusual feature of congenital lipomatosis with multiple site involvement and massive unilateral tonsillar reactive hyperplasia resulting in obstructive sleep apnea.
