Ebstein Anomaly (EA), a rare congenital heart disease, presents challenges during pregnancy, often leading to adverse maternal and foetal outcomes. This case report describes the successful management of a 26-year-old primigravida with EA at 40 weeks of gestation. The cardiac evaluation revealed severe tricuspid regurgitation; however, the patient was stable, with normal vital signs and no cyanosis. Given the condition of the patient, a Lower Segment Caesarean Section (LSCS) was performed, resulting in the birth of a healthy neonate. Pregnancy in women with EA requires a careful and multidisciplinary approach to ensure favourable outcomes for both the mother and child.
