Abstract
El Fútbol Club Barcelona desde sus primeros años de la mano de su fundador, Hans Gamper, fue un club de carácter universal que convivió con una sociedad industrial en constante transformación. A partir de sus Estatutos sociales se observa como desde su fundación hasta el 1922 el club supo equilibrar su creciente estructura empresarial con un cierto sentimiento amateur que se apoyaba en la fuerza de sus socios bajo una serie de valores democráticos y de tolerancia no siempre cómodos de mantener. La profesionalización del club no fue fácil ya que se tuvo que afrontar muchos momentos de dificultad superados gracias a la fuerza de su fundador, a pesar de esto a cada crisis que el club superó la institución se hizo más fuerte convirtiéndose en una organización compleja que se fue involucrando en el entorno en el que crecía con fuerza. Por esto no se puede discutir la catalanidad de un club que quiso ser cercano desde sus orígenes a los valores civiles y sentimentales de Cataluña. Abstract: Football Club Barcelona from its early years hand in hand with its founder, Hans Gamper, was a club that coexisted with an industrial society in constant transformation. From its Articles of Association, it can be observed that from its foundation until 1922 the club was able to balance its growing business structure with a certain amateur feeling that relied on the strength of its partners under a series of democratic values and tolerance not always comfortable keep. The professionalization of the club was not easy as it had to face many difficult moments overcome thanks to the strength of its founder, despite this to every crisis that the club overcame the institution became stronger becoming a complex organization that was involved in the environment in which he grew strongly. Therefore, you can not discuss the Catalan ness of a club that wanted to be close to its origins in the civil and sentimental values of Catalonia.
