PROPERTY AS AN ETHICAL, ECONOMIC AND LEGAL PHENOMENON

Abstract

The article examines the relationship of property and ethics. The approaches to the understanding of the interconnection are characterized. Property is defined as a phenomenon at the interface of economics, law and ethics. The authors introduce a conceptual framework for considering property in three dimensions: aspect (economics, ethics, law), process (from the perspective of the three stages of ontogeny) and level (in terms of microor macrolevels).
